Hi. I’m Michaela and I paint joyful abstract paintings. This piece I’m presenting for you here is called “Sjælefred” (in danish) /”Peace In My Soul”. (To get the story behind this piece you can watch the video). I paint with acrylics and spraypaint. When I paint it’s like talking with God. It’s where I renew my strength. Long story short – I started painting two years ago when I was home sick with depression and anxiety. Painting was like seing the light in the middle of a big dark tunnel. Connecting with God through making art saved me. 💛 Today I use art through ups and downs.
